Paul Mitchell Love

Last week my hairdresser used a heat protection spray ("Seal and Shine" from Paul Mitchell) on my hair, before she began blow-drying it. I never realized what difference a heat spray could make.
My hair hadn't felt that smooth for a long time. I had to buy it right away and with it a moisturizing treatment ("Super-Charged Moisturizer") and another heat protection spray ("Heat Seal") to compare. Personally, I think the"Seal and Shine" heat spray works better.

Paul Mitchell does not conduct animal testing anywhere, which means they will not sell their products in China until they change their laws on animal testing.

I'm just in love with these products.

My hairdresser also told me the secret for treatments to work to their full potential. But maybe it was only a secret to me...

When you're done washing your hair, dry it a little with a towel, put a damp towel in the microwave, so its evenly warm, apply the treatment to your hair (especially in the tips) and wrap the warm towel around the your hair and leave it in as long as it says on the packaging. The warmth of the towel lets the treatment be absorbed more easily. Even more effective would be to go into a sauna while having the treatment in your hair.

Letzte Woche hat meine Friseurin ein Hitze-Spray ("Seal and Shine" von Paul Mitchell) auf meinem Haar benutzt, bevor sie angefangen hat meine Haare zu föhnen. Ich hätte nie gedacht, was für einen Unterschied ein Hitze- Spray machen könnte. Mein Haar war lange nicht mehr so weich, deshalb musste ich mir sofort das Spray kaufen und dazu eine feuchtigkeitsspendende Haarkur ("Super-Charged Moisturizer") und ein weiteres Hitzeschutzspray ("Heat Seal") zum Vergleich. Persönlich denke ich dass, das "Seal and Shine" Hitzespray besser funktioniert.

Was ich außerdem an den Produkten gut finde, ist das Paul Mitchell keine Tierversuche durch führt, das heißt auch, dass die Firma ihre Produkte solange nicht in China verkauft, bis China in seinen Gesetzen Tierversuche untersagt. 

Ich liebe diese Produkte einfach.

Meine Friseurin hat mir außerdem das Geheimnis verraten, wie man Haarkuren zu ihrem vollen potential nutzt. Vielleicht war es auch nur ein Geheimnis für mich...

Wenn man die Haare gewaschen hat, trocknet man sie ein wenig mit einem Handtuch,  legt ein feuchtes Handtuch in die Mikrowelle, so dass es gleichmäßig warm wird, gibt die Kur in die Haare (vor allem in die Spitzen), dann wickelt man das warme Handtuch aus der Mikrowelle um die Haare und lässt es so lange einwirken wie es auf der Verpackung steht. Die Wärme des Handtuchs lässt die Kur besser einziehen. In der Sauna zieht die Kur noch besser ein, da die Luft dort feucht-warm ist.
